An outstanding opportunity awaits for a Luxury Vehicle Attendant to become a vital part of the Residences Department at Raffles London at The OWO.

Reporting to the Director of Residences, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the collection, parking, and return of vehicles for residents and hotel guests. You will ensure the secure management of keys and mileage records while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicles. This role is integral in providing exceptional concierge services to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles for clients.
  • Welcoming and assisting residents and their guests.
  • Managing the valet podium with professionalism.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized valet area.
  • Communicating effectively with the Hotel and Residences concierge team.
  • Assuming additional responsibilities in the absence of senior staff.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including cross-departmental support.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to adapt to a 24-hour operational schedule as needed.
