Job Summary:

The Valet Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by efficiently and safely parking and retrieving their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring the safety and security of guests' vehicles while in the parking area
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
