The Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Wickes. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe and efficient store environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and working with your team to achieve sales targets
  • Motivating colleagues and serving customers to ensure they receive the right products for their needs
  • Ensuring promotions are up to date and the correct stock is available
About You

We are looking for someone who has experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment. A can-do spirit is essential in retail, and we want candidates who understand the financial side of business and have previous KPI exposure and working to targets.

We also want people who know how to recruit great team members and spot potential in individuals to bring out.
