Job Title: Customer Service Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at MEM Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery services.
  • Liaise with technical teams to obtain repair timeframes and communicate with customers to arrange delivery methods outside of the standard plan.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure the quickest repair and redelivery, and keep customers up to date on progress.
  • Balance multiple tasks and switch priority/focus as required to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact with customers and all levels of colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in using a computer, with good Excel knowledge.
  • UK Driving licence and own transport (due to site location).
Working Hours:

4on4off, 6:00am to 6:00pm

Pay:

£12 per hour
