**About Reflections Hairdressing Group**

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking Training provider dedicated to creating opportunities for learners to excel in their Hairdressing & Barbering careers. As part of the Reflections Hairdressing Group, we have 2 Academies and 13 salons across the UK.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate **Learner Engagement Coordinator** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Work with young people to recruit them into apprenticeships or full-time programmes.
  2. Liaise with employers to support candidates in securing employment by arranging placements, interviews, and successful employment opportunities.
  3. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future for our learner's journey into their chosen career path.
  4. Attract learners who are eager to embark on a journey of Hairdressing and/or Barbering and work with employers.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with learners at the start of their educational journey, providing guidance, support, and resources to reach their goals and progression.
  6. Be passionate about making a difference that can change a learner's life through education.
  7. Conduct one-on-one consultations with potential learners to understand their goals, assessing their needs and aspirations and matching them with the most suitable courses or securing employment.
  8. Lead in arranging, planning, and organising events, welcome days, and open days, offering a flexible approach and embracing the business needs.
  9. Work closely with the director and management team in promoting continuous improvements.
  10. Collaborate with our marketing team to create a seamless learner starting point and attend recruitment events/workshops.
  11. Monitor and analyse learner engagement and recruitment data to continually improve strategies and results.
**Requirements**
  1. Experience in supporting young people.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
  4. A passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals.
  5. Ability to work with a collaborative team dedicated to your success.
  6. Capability to provide timely information.
  7. Support the Learner and Employer process to ensure that recruitment targets are met.
  8. Experience working with young people or within a training environment; holding a driving licence with access to own vehicle is preferred.
  9. Good use of Microsoft Office package.
**Benefits of Joining Reflections Hairdressing Group**
  • Starting salary of £21,000 to £23,500 dependent on experience.
