Client Experience Liaison

The TGS Automotive Group is a rapidly expanding vehicle conversions and solutions provider, tailored to the customers specific requirements, drawing on over 50 years of industry experience innovation and recognised craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
• Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and projects
• Ensure all client interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives
