About the Role

Kurt Geiger is a leading luxury footwear and accessories brand seeking a highly skilled Store Design Manager to lead the design and development of our retail stores globally.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Develop and oversee store design concepts that align with Kurt Geiger's brand identity and business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end store design projects, from initial concept to completion.
  • Creative Development: Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to continuously evolve store design standards.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring all projects are completed within financial and time constraints.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all store designs meet Kurt Geiger's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to integrate visual merchandising and branding elements into store designs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail store design and project management.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of retail trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
