Propósito del Rol:

Reportando a un Consultor de Recursos Humanos, el Coordinador de Operaciones de Recursos Humanos proporcionará un servicio eficiente, oportuno y preciso a los clientes, utilizando una comunicación efectiva y construyendo buenas relaciones. El Coordinador apoyará al equipo de Consultores de Recursos Humanos en la entrega de asesoría centrada en el negocio a los clientes, trabajando dentro de las pautas legislativas y regulatorias apropiadas y las mejores prácticas de recursos humanos.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Asistir en proyectos e iniciativas de recursos humanos según sea necesario.
  • Producción de documentación para empleados (cartas de oferta, contratos de trabajo, políticas, procedimientos, manuales, comunicaciones, etc.).
  • Reclutamiento (redacción de descripciones de trabajo, publicación de anuncios de empleo, gestión de solicitudes y manejo de respuestas, realización de entrevistas de selección y organización de entrevistas).
  • Asistir a los clientes con la incorporación de nuevos empleados y inducciones.
  • Toma de notas en reuniones de recursos humanos y producción de actas.
  • Redacción, modificación y actualización de políticas de recursos humanos de acuerdo con la legislación y las mejores prácticas.
  • Realización de entrevistas de salida.
  • Cálculo de derechos básicos del personal, como el permiso anual.
  • Actualizar y mantener registros precisos del personal utilizando el sistema de recursos humanos del cliente.
  • Proporcionar asesoría de recursos humanos a los clientes de forma remota o en el sitio.
  • Realizar encuestas y producir informes y presentaciones basadas en datos sobre métricas de recursos humanos.
  • Brindar apoyo a los Consultores de Recursos Humanos en cuestiones de relaciones laborales.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes.
  • Actualizar continuamente el conocimiento de recursos humanos a través de investigaciones en línea y asistencia a eventos en línea y presenciales.

Habilidades y Experiencia Esenciales:

  • Título en Recursos Humanos o un campo relacionado, o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capacidad para manejar información sensible con confidencialidad y profesionalismo.

Habilidades y Experiencia Deseables:

  • CIPD Nivel 3 o 5, o disposición para trabajar hacia ello.
  • Experiencia previa en un rol de recursos humanos.
