Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Atkinson Moss. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and talent management process across the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to drive results. You will work closely with the HR Director and HR Manager to develop and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with the business's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with the business's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support and advise line managers on recruitment best practices and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and ensure that all recruitment activity is aligned with the business's budget and resource constraints.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make recommendations for improvement.
Talent Management and Succession Planning
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines into the business, including identifying and developing high-potential employees.
  • Work closely with the HR Director to develop and implement a talent management strategy that aligns with the business's goals and objectives.
  • Advise and assist managers in making informed decisions about the development of their staff.
  • Support business performance by identifying and addressing talent gaps and developing strategies to address them.
Attraction and Retention
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including employer branding and employee value proposition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
  • Drive the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Champion and drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and high performance.
Projects and Continuous Improvement
  • Support the HR Director in process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • Support the review and development of the company's appraisal system.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (to at least Level 5) or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please apply now.
