Our client, a prominent organization in the Energy Sector, is seeking to recruit two Sales & Finance Administrators to support their dynamic office environment.
This position calls for proactive, self-assured, and driven individuals with a background in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the accuracy of sales agreements and cross-checking details with the internal CRM system.
2. Managing and responding to inquiries regarding information and pricing.
3. Confirming invoices through our specialized online platform.
4. Supervising the submission process of sales agreements.
5. Generating monthly business performance reports.
6. Providing daily updates on market and supplier developments as necessary.
7. Delivering general post-sales assistance.
8. Handling and appropriately responding to incoming phone inquiries.
9. Preparing and overseeing monthly financial forecasts.
10. Administering company expenditures and acquisitions.
11. Identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s financial oversight.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in commercial energy administration and finance within a fast-paced sales environment.
