We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced play worker to join our team at Fielding Primary School. As a play worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and fun play experience for children from Reception to Year 6.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage outside activities for each age group
  • Work with a large team across school to provide an exceptional play experience
  • Follow good hygiene practice when working around food
  • Bring energy and creative ideas for play opportunities
  • Support vulnerable children with their social skills and reading
Requirements:
  • Experience in play work in school or a similar childcare setting
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide a safe and fun play experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow good hygiene practice when working around food
