Job Title: Play Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Play Leader to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for leading children's activities and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead children's activities and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Manage day-to-day staffing, finance, and facilities
  • Create and develop new children's activity concepts
  • Ensure all children have a designated key worker and a personal file
  • Administer first aid when necessary and record incidents correctly

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or above Childcare/Play work relevant Qualification
  • Experience of looking after children of all ages
  • Knowledge of Child Development, OFSTED, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, and First Aid
