About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years professional to join our team as a Bank Staff Member. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum by engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, including maintaining high standards of hygiene and room preparation.
  • Promote and ensure the welfare, protection, health, and safety of children, as well as safeguarding their well-being.
  • Contribute to creating a positive, happy, and safe environment for children and colleagues alike.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting, such as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, or Childminder.
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • The ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
  • A sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children.
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable.
