International Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at Technical Futures Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the radar product market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Travel internationally to attend trade shows, meet with clients, and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong technical background in RF and/or electronics
- Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced environment
- Security Clearance eligibility and a full UK driving license
- A competitive base salary up to £60,000
- OTE of up to 25%
- Opportunity to work with a leading player in the radar product market
- Hybrid working arrangement with minimal office time
