About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at Technical Futures Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the radar product market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Travel internationally to attend trade shows, meet with clients, and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or business development role
  • Strong technical background in RF and/or electronics
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Security Clearance eligibility and a full UK driving license

  • A competitive base salary up to £60,000
  • OTE of up to 25%
