Job Title: Professional Development Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Professional Development Specialist to join our team at Adecco.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Professional Development Specialist to support our clients in maintaining accurate records of onboarding activities and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and process improvement, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize various tools and software to streamline onboarding processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and Google Suite.
  • Event planning or coordination experience is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
