About the Role
The Grounds Maintenance team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the upkeep of external communal areas, including grass, shrubs, and hedges.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the external communal areas, including grass, shrubs, and hedges
- Undertake soft landscaping and minor tree work as required
- Work within a team to ensure the upkeep of the external communal areas
- Cover sites across Eastleigh, Hampshire, and surrounding areas from the main base
- Plan your workload within a fortnightly round
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a proactive, great team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in horticulture or a related field, we would love to hear from you.
