Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a Community Psychiatric Nurse, providing assessment, care, support, and treatment interventions to patients with mental health illnesses.
  • Join a service that is continually developing to meet the needs of our client group.
  • Manage your workload and be responsible for day-to-day tasks.
  • Participate in team working, problem-solving, flexibility, continuing professional development, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Be educated to degree level or have a relevant postgraduate qualification and experience relevant to the job purpose.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a well-developed knowledge of working with people with mental health problems and appropriate interventions.
  • Have sound organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
