Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Morayshire. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will be responsible for providing assessment, care, support, and treatment interventions to patients with mental health illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with Part 3 of the NMC Register
  • Experience of working in community mental health settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
