About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Morayshire. As a key member of our Community Mental Health service, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, care, support, and treatment interventions to patients with mental health illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and treatments to patients with mental health conditions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of service policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with Part 3 of the NMC Register
  • Experience working in community mental health settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
