Facilities Supervisor

About The Role
TC Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives on site. Working closely with the Area Manager, you will provide support to the site, as well as train and develop our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff have the correct uniform and adhere to TC brand standards.
- Manage the recruitment process, adhering to TC recruitment processes and standards.
- Oversee staff performance, working with HR to develop staff or improve performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of staff, following company time and pay processing requirements.
- Train and induct staff in their roles, TC values, and company policies.
- Ensure staff adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, meeting their expectations within defined specifications.
- Complete audits accurately and on time, addressing resolution actions within timescales.
- Process necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing 'sign off' for completed tasks.
- Ensure cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order, and used safely.
- Ensure periodical cleans are completed to specification and timescale, signed off by the customer.
