Decisioning Systems Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Decisioning Systems Developer to join our team at TransUnion LLC. As a key member of our Decision Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients through software configuration of our in-house application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure solutions within our decisioning software to meet business requirements
  • Develop best practices to ensure project deliveries are completed to a high standard
  • Perform unit testing of solutions and support the test team throughout test phases
  • Input into project documentation, including business and functional specifications
  • Support training to clients for use of products on delivery
  • Provide support to clients post-delivery to ensure good working relationships are maintained

Requirements:

  • Experience of software configuration
  • Knowledge of working with PowerCurve, Provenir, GDS, or Decision Strategy
  • Good problem-solving skills and inquisitiveness to identify root cause and permanent resolution or improvement
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within defined deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with clients and third-party suppliers
