Android Mobile App Developer

We are seeking a skilled Android Mobile App Developer to join our team at mecs communications. As a remote-based developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex new features and custom functionality for our Android mobile app.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate user stories into actionable software and scalable solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages like Java, Kotlin, Swift, and Jetpack Compose.
- Implement user-friendly interfaces that align with design specifications while ensuring smooth user experiences.
- Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure the app functions across various Android devices and versions.
- Connect apps to external data sources, third-party services, and APIs.
- Work with designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure the app meets project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience of Android App Development.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, RESTful APIs, and Android architecture components.
- Familiarity with Android Studio IDE, cloud message APIs, and push notifications.
- Knowledge of Google Android design principles and interfaces, Git or other version control systems, and CI/CD automation.
