Job Title: Android (Mobile Application) Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team at MECS Communications Ltd. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex new features and custom functionality for our Android mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Development: Turn design concepts into fully functional mobile apps, focusing on usability, scalability, and quality.
  2. Business Requirements: Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure that our mobile app meets the needs of our users.
  3. Custom Code: Create custom code to implement new features and functionality.
  4. Android Component Development: Develop Android components to enhance the user experience.
  5. UI/UX Implementation: Implement UI/UX designs to create a seamless user experience.
  6. Testing and Debugging: Test and debug the mobile app to ensure that it is stable and functional.
  7. Configuration and Integration: Configure and integrate third-party APIs and services.
  8. API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs to enhance the user experience.
  9. Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate the mobile app with other systems and services.
  10. Process Management: Manage, test, build, and release processes to ensure that the mobile app is delivered on time and within budget.
  11. Performance Optimization: Identify areas for modification or improvement to optimize the performance of the mobile app.
  12. Version Control: Use version control systems to manage changes and collaborate with the team.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Experience: Hands-on experience of Android App Development.
  3. Skills: Proficient in Java, Kotlin, Swift, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, RESTful APIs, MVVM, MVP, Use Cases, Clean Architecture, Cloud message APIs, and push notifications.
  4. Tools and Technologies: Experience with Android Studio IDE, Git or other version control systems, and CI/CD automation.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, effective communication and collaboration skills.
