Pharma Partners Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Contracts Manager to join our team in the UK & Ireland affiliate of a European pharmaceutical business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the local compliance framework, providing expert advice to the leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Provide contracting support, partnering with Global Legal in managing contracting queries and negotiations.
- Manage and maintain key processes, SOPs, policies, and fair market value framework.
- Ensure local data protection requirements are met and liaise with Global as required.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to relevant codes of practice, laws, and regulations, and ensure their application.
- Provide training to teams and ensure awareness across the business.
- Support and advise the local Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements:
- Compliance experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of the ABPI & IPHA Code and appropriate UK&I laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection.
- Excellent business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with risk-based decision making.
