Position: Part-Time Compliance Officer
We are seeking a qualified and knowledgeable Part-Time Compliance Officer to become a valuable member of our organization. This role is designed to accommodate 1-2 days of work each month, with the possibility of evening and weekend hours.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Keeping precise records of all Certificates of Sponsorship and Skilled Worker applications.
- Organizing compliance evaluations in collaboration with the Home Office.
- Preparing essential documentation for these evaluations.
- Acting as the representative of the organization during evaluations.
- Ensuring adherence to immigration laws and regulations.
- Identifying and addressing issues related to applications.
- Engaging with stakeholders to resolve concerns and provide updates.
- Tracking the progress of applications and informing sponsors accordingly.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Demonstrated experience in roles within the immigration sector.
- In-depth knowledge of UK immigration legislation, regulations, and processes.
- Familiarity with Certificates of Sponsorship and Skilled Worker visa categories.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in immigration management systems.
