Senior Parts Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced parts environment, providing expert advice, support, and guidance to customers. You will be responsible for promoting further parts sales, identifying truck, van, or coach parts, and ensuring we hold the necessary stock to maintain the smooth running of the parts department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to complex parts-related queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting our services and products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and up-to-date paperwork, including stock management and administration.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good analytical brain and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to maintaining customer service standards.
  • Strong administration skills, including accurate record-keeping and data management.
  • Experience in the truck or automotive industry, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
