We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Nurse/Practitioner to join our clinical research team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality research projects across various specialties.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with participant identification and recruitment, ensuring that patients are fully informed and consenting to participate in research studies.
- Organize patient visits, collect and process patient samples, and maintain accurate records in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of research projects, including the collection and analysis of data.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research protocols, ensuring that they are aligned with the Trust's research strategy and goals.
- Registered with the appropriate professional body.
- Evidence of continuous personal and professional development, with a clear vision for academic and career progression.
- Relevant post-registration clinical and/or research experience, with a strong understanding of GCP guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
