Project Manager – Office Fit Out

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our office fit-out projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Site Management: Oversee site operations, including site surveys, site meetings, and site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure effective project delivery.
  4. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery is not compromised.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  7. Cost Management: Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  8. Health and Safety: Ensure that all site operations are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, minimizing risks to personnel and the environment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the fit-out industry.
  2. Qualifications: Possession of relevant qualifications, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as SMSTS or SSSTS.
