We cater to the educational and developmental needs of children and young adults aged 4 to 19, delivering a values-driven curriculum that effectively meets the needs of our students. Our students typically present with diagnoses of ASD and SLD, necessitating staff who are patient and skilled in employing specific communication techniques such as PECS and Makaton, as well as implementing TEACCH principles. This role may particularly appeal to those with experience in mainstream primary education, as our approach mirrors this model across all student groups.
