We are currently seeking a Principal Educator to lead our institution. Collaborating closely with our Chief Operating Officer and Regional Director, we are in search of a dynamic, passionate, and skilled individual who possesses the strategic insight and dedication to foster an environment where our students can achieve their utmost potential.

Nestled in a serene semi-rural setting, our campus spans four acres of meticulously maintained grounds. We cater to the educational and care needs of children and young adults aged 4 to 19 years, with a robust referral network that proudly delivers values-driven education. Our students present with diagnoses of ASD and SLD, requiring dedicated staff who are willing to implement specific methodologies such as PECS and Makaton, alongside TEACCH principles. The role may particularly appeal to those with experience in mainstream primary education, as our approach closely aligns with this model across all age groups. You will have the opportunity to work within a motivated and supportive environment that encourages students to develop independence in their learning and communication skills.
