We are currently seeking a Principal Educator to lead our institution. Collaborating closely with our Chief Operating Officer and Regional Director, we are in search of a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Principal; someone who possesses the commitment and strategic insight to cultivate an environment that enables our students to excel.

Our institution is a specialized educational facility with a commendable Ofsted rating, recognized for its outstanding features. Nestled in a picturesque semi-rural setting, our campus spans four acres of meticulously maintained grounds. We cater to the educational and care needs of children and young adults aged 4 to 19 years, providing a values-driven education supported by a robust referral network. Our students present with diagnoses of ASD and SLD, necessitating patient educators who are willing to implement specific methodologies such as PECS and Makaton, alongside TEACCH principles. The role may particularly appeal to individuals with experience in mainstream primary education, as our approach largely mirrors this model across all cohorts.
