Job Title: Fleet Coordinator

At The AA, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external data to ensure accurate updates across all systems.
  • Coordinate vehicle replacements and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Handle purchase orders and invoice reconciliation, ensuring compliance with supplier terms.
  • Provide support services, such as fuel card management, and update fleet systems as needed.
  • Generate management information reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Fleet and leasing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in key software solutions, including Excel, Word, and Project.
