Position Overview
The role of the Recovery Services Team Supervisor involves overseeing a dedicated group of Recovery Workers focused on assisting women with diverse and complex needs throughout the community. This position is centered on facilitating engagement in treatment related to substance use, mental health, and fostering healthy relationships. Our approach is trauma-informed and utilizes an outreach model to provide the necessary flexibility for effective engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Recovery Workers in delivering high-quality services.
- Foster collaboration with various agencies to create sustainable pathways for women to achieve their personal goals.
- Promote a multi-agency approach, enhancing the choices and outcomes for service users.
Services Offered
We provide a comprehensive range of interventions, including:
- Needle and Syringe Programme
- Harm reduction advice and information
- Psycho-social interventions
- Detoxification and rehabilitation services
- OST prescribing
- Aftercare and employment support
Qualifications and Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to submit three years' worth of references and may need to undergo an enhanced DBS check. We seek individuals who are solution-focused, professional, resilient, and dynamic.
