Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our US-based Corporate Aircraft Dispatch and Scheduling team at Bank of America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact and provide direct support to senior management to assist with the scheduling/coordinating and dispatching of future travel requests.
  • Provide logistical support by ensuring trip coordination, planning, and flight following of all trips at the direction of the Executive Travel Manager.
  • Schedule aircrew and aircraft for upcoming travel.
  • Provide documentation for aircrew and passenger travel, ensuring compliance with all country customs and immigration laws.
  • Maintain all records of trips, including aircraft and crew data and statistics.
  • Evaluate risk factors and adjust trips as necessary to maintain a high level of safety.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (desired concentration in Aviation Management).
  • FAA dispatcher license or equivalent Flight Coordinator experience.
  • 3 to 5 years corporate aviation flight operations experience (preferred).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective planning and organization skills.
  • Fluency in MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and previous experience with aviation scheduling software.
