About the Role
We are seeking proactive and caring individuals to join our support team in Banbury, working across two homes that provide care and support to people with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live their best lives, promoting their independence, and empowering them to make their own choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living skills, medication, personal care, and mobility assistance, as required.
- Encourage and empower individuals to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people you support, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.35, with sleep nights paid at £45.00 per night.
- The opportunity to work full-time (37.5 hours a week) or part-time (from 22.5 hours a week), with a flexible shift pattern.
