As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live their best lives, promoting their independence, and empowering them to make their own choices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with daily living skills, medication, personal care, and mobility assistance, as required.
  • Encourage and empower individuals to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people you support, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.35, with sleep nights paid at £45.00 per night.
  • The opportunity to work full-time (37.5 hours a week) or part-time (from 22.5 hours a week), with a flexible shift pattern.
