Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our rehabilitation service in South Wales. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with adult service users who present with Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, and/or acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions, including person-centered approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Behavior Support.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of service effectiveness.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist.
  • Experience working with complex mental health issues, particularly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, and/or acquired brain injury.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
