Senior Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Manager to join our team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality psychological therapeutic interventions for individuals accessing our services.
As a Senior Clinical Manager, you will provide line management to clinicians, support training placements, and ensure a seamless provision of healthcare. You will also be responsible for the recruitment of staff, providing and/or ensuring appropriate line management and supervision is in place for all members of the team.
The successful candidate will have a doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology, significant post-graduate training/qualification in a systematic therapist, and be accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Lead in service development and seek opportunities for developing a training and recruitment strategy
- Provide expert and highly specialist advice, guidance, and clinical consultation to other professionals within the wider Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB community
- Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology
- Significant post-graduate training/qualification in a systematic therapist
- Accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
