Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Social Worker to join their team in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care to vulnerable children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage high levels of risk, including safeguarding and public protection, stemming from contextual factors.
- Experience of managing case workers who deliver social work with adolescents and their parents/families with contextual safeguarding issues.
- Effective risk management within delivery of services to vulnerable children, young people, and the general public.
- Strong experience of working within an integrated working environment, including effective multi-agency working.
- Proven ability to effectively use data, intelligence, and evidence to create meaningful insight and inform own decision making.
- Current and valid registration with the Social Work England (SWE) register.
- Proven experience within a Social Work role, with a focus on adolescent services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a strong awareness of risk management and safeguarding in the context of social care.
