This position is a collaborative effort with HM Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) and is based within the Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB), covering the South Wales region.

The National OPDP Pathway is designed to provide consultation and formulation-led services aimed at assisting individuals with intricate needs and risks during their transition from incarceration to community living. Individuals within the Criminal Justice System often exhibit complex mental health challenges, trauma-related symptoms, and difficulties in managing risk-associated behaviors. Our primary objectives include:

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway Team (OPDP), you will join a growing, highly specialized, and supportive multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, probation officers, and transitional liaison nurses.

This role will primarily be based at SBUHB, although the majority of your work will involve agile and autonomous operations across various probation sites in South Wales. This is a part-time, permanent position that will require travel across a broad geographical area.
