About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Residential Property department at Simpson Judge Ltd. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fee-earners on residential property files, managing your own caseload, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fee-earners on residential property files, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages.
  • Manage your own caseload, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Property team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working in conveyancing at a firm in England.
  • Experience using case management systems.
  • Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
  • A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).
