About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at EJ Legal. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior associates and partners on high-value transactions, operating at close to trainee level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating reports to clients, chasing internal teams on cross-departmental projects, and sending out reports.
  • Preparation of legal documents such as board resolutions and director's certificates.
  • Liaising with clients and external high-net-worth individuals.

Requirements:

  • Strong academics, including a law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year's previous Real Estate/Property Finance experience, ideally from a law firm environment.
  • Ability to get stuck in with a busy workload with minimal direct supervision, confident in your Real Estate Finance skills.
  • Keen to grow and gain trainee level experience.
