The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level support for business-critical applications, particularly focusing on Dynamics CRM and Azure.
- Utilize your strong SQL skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Leverage Log Analytics and Application Insights for monitoring, diagnosing, and enhancing application performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to the business.
- Mentor and guide a junior application support specialist, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Infrastructure, providing regular updates and insights into ongoing support operations.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Application Support Specialist, with a strong background in Dynamics CRM and Azure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is essential, along with experience using Log Analytics and Application Insights.
- Leadership: Previous experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
