In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of revenue management professionals across multiple properties within the region. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing revenue strategies that maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and ultimately, hotel profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Optimize pricing strategies across various distribution channels to maximize yield and revenue capture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue management professionals.
  • Collaborate effectively with hotel operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, ideally across multiple hotels.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in automated revenue management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
