Lifeguard - Casual - King Alfred Leisure Centre

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at King Alfred Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy our swimming facilities.
This is a casual opportunity, with hours available as and when needed. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety of customers while they use our swimming facilities
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
- Monitor the pool area and report any hazards or concerns to management
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for customers
- NPLQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
