About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a casual lifeguard at King Alfred Leisure Centre. As a lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our customers and providing a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety of customers in and around the pool area
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
  • Monitor pool conditions and report any issues to management
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexibly and be available for shifts as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
