Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator / Advisor to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Payroll Manager in the administration of payroll and pension services, ensuring compliance with legislation and reporting requirements.
- Process payroll and pension payments, including starters, leavers, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Work closely with our outsourced provider (iTrent) to ensure a prompt and efficient payroll service.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission and processing of work.
- Support the completion and submission of annual returns to HMRC and pension providers.
- Assist with monthly payroll reconciliations and provide strong Excel skills.
Requirements:
- 1 year payroll experience.
- Knowledge of pension schemes is helpful but not essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
