Facility Manager - EMEA

The Facility Manager - EMEA is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operations of multiple buildings across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This role involves leading projects for the development and construction of new buildings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing a team of office assistants. You have a strong background in facility management, project management, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple buildings across the EMEA region, ensuring all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with local regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities.
  • Coordinate with local contractors and service providers for facility repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage security, cleaning, and other facility services.
  • Create long-term maintenance plans for all facilities and align this with different stakeholders (IS, Finance, CC holders).
Project Management
  • Lead projects for the construction and development of new buildings, from initial planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget for facility operations and projects.
  • Track and report on facility-related expenses.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Act on compliance reports and audits to ensure continuous improvement on Safety in our facilities.
