Your Role

As the Product Operations Manager at Reapit, you will oversee the alignment of roadmap documentation, serve as the guardian of agile methodologies, and manage pricing strategies and global go-to-market coordination within the product organization. You will also synchronize marketing initiatives to ensure a unified strategy and execution across the organization. Your contributions will be vital in propelling product success through collaboration with senior leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior product management and delivery leaders to establish and execute product strategies. Maintain a global roadmap artifact reflecting individual product roadmaps in consultation with Heads of Product Management.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance and streamline product development processes for increased efficiency. Adopt best practices for product management, particularly agile methodologies.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product success. Foster communication and collaboration among teams to maintain alignment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate product performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Capital Allocation Management: Ensure proper implementation of the capital allocation model across the organization, providing assurance to the Chief Product Officer.
  • Customer Insights and Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product development. Conduct market research to gauge customer needs and industry trends.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the product lifecycle and devise mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring successful product launches and conducting post-launch evaluations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly update senior management on product status, risks, and opportunities. Ensure effective communication across all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Demonstrated experience in go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution.
  • Proficient in crafting and managing product narratives.
  • Familiarity with scalable agile frameworks for enterprises, especially SAFe.
  • Leadership experience in an organization utilizing SAFe.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to convey complex ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or similar credentials.

Your Impact and Success

As a Product Operations Manager, your early contributions are expected to manifest as follows:

  • Within 1 Month: Gain proficiency in Reapit's product processes and tools, engaging with key stakeholders to understand the business's holistic view and the product organization's influence. Attend essential meetings to identify immediate priorities and risks for your assigned products.
  • Within 3 Months: Establish strong working relationships with the UKI Product, Partnerships, Platform Engineering, and Marketing teams. Actively participate in key meetings and take ownership of product discovery and requirements definition.
  • Within 6 Months: Become a pivotal member of the UKI Product function, demonstrating a solid understanding of Reapit’s customers and target market. Consistently deliver high-quality content related to user story definition and backlog management.
