International Cybersecurity Specialist - DLP, ISO27002, CrowdStrike, Firewalls, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Rapid7

Our esteemed client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking to enhance their security division by adding a new International Cybersecurity Specialist (DLP, ISO27002, CrowdStrike, Firewalls, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Rapid7).

This role involves supporting the deployment and upkeep of various security systems across the organization to ensure a robust and uniform security operation.

To qualify for the International Cybersecurity Specialist (DLP, ISO27002, CrowdStrike, Firewalls, CyberArk, Palo Alto, Rapid7) position, candidates should ideally possess the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Security
  • Familiarity with security standards and practices (ISO27002, 27001, etc.)
  • Comprehensive understanding of DLP processes, management, remediation, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms such as CrowdStrike, CyberArk, Rapid7, Palo Alto, M365, and Authenticator
  • Experience in the legal sector is advantageous but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all issues escalated to the Global Security Team through the ticketing system
  • Ensure timely blocking and remediation of threat intelligence
  • Daily management of Report Phish alerts
  • Support in securing the architecture and enhancing overall security frameworks
  • Educate Firm employees on the importance of security for the organization and their work environment
  • Assist in enforcing the Information Security Policy by ensuring that necessary audits and tests are conducted properly and on schedule
  • Help prepare, approve, implement, and adhere to the Information Security Policies within the Firm
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements
  • Assist in remediating DLP policies to safeguard firm and client assets
  • Support incident response workflows for DLP positive hits
  • Facilitate open communication and information sharing among team members
  • Ensure monitoring and alert notifications align with business needs
  • Develop solutions to enhance and automate existing processes and procedures
  • Maintain and update existing team documentation and contribute to new documentation as necessary
  • Assist in the proper implementation and maintenance of Firm technology to minimize security risks
  • Provide support to Legal Risk management as required
  • Research and document vulnerabilities and risks associated with IT systems
  • Regularly monitor the Firm's adherence to security policies and report progress to Security leadership
  • Audit and oversee security policies to meet compliance requirements
  • Engage in discussions regarding advancements in security-related technology
  • Control access to the Firm's Information Systems and manage security configurations
  • Detect and respond to all incidents related to information security
  • Ensure effective tracking, management, and communication of security risks
  • Work collaboratively with all IT organization members to achieve objectives
  • Prevent or minimize undesirable use of IT facilities whenever possible
  • Evaluate security-related hardware and software solutions and provide recommendations
  • Keep the Security Awareness site updated with current materials
  • Ensure adherence to change controls and communicate updates to partners and staff
  • Stay informed about specific security issues both internally and externally
  • Assist in planning for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
