Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an AV Solutions Consultant. This role is essential for enhancing our audiovisual services within a global legal organization.

Key Responsibilities
As an AV Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Lead project execution by collaborating with external AV integrators, ensuring that our delivery processes and documentation are standardized and consistently followed.
  • Provide advanced support for AV services on a global scale, mentoring second- and first-line teams to enhance their capabilities.
  • Collaborate with regional technology teams to bolster local support for AV services, ensuring optimal service delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to assist colleagues in different time zones and travel to various locations for project implementation or troubleshooting.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an AV Specialist or Engineer role.
  • Proven project management skills with AV integrators and room commissioners.
  • Expertise in hybrid event environments, including familiarity with platforms such as vMix, as well as audio, video, and lighting systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV technologies and systems, including audio processing, display systems, and video conferencing solutions.
  • Experience in reviewing design drawings to ensure proper installation and functionality of AV systems.
  • Familiarity with intelligent building technologies, including IP security and lighting systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AVoIP technologies and troubleshooting network devices.
  • A solid understanding of networking principles, including VLANs and firewalls.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
